By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:GENERAL :
1. Terms of Service and Prices are subject to change at anytime, You are only subject to the ToS and prices agreed upon at the time of the transaction.
2. You are the person who owns the paypal account, credit card and/or bank accountand are authorized to make the transaction.
3. All artwork is transferred digitally
4. Chargebacks and non-consensual refunds are not permitted.
5. Pricelist is only for personal use, as For commercial use please kindly discuss first
6. I may use the commission result for my portofolio and post it to my social media.Section 1 - Service
1. I have the right to refuse service under any circumstance. Harassment, threats, disparage, ridicule, scorn will result in being blacklisted permanently.
2. I Will not draw racist, offensive and/or controversial artwork, graphic fetishes and/or pornographic material (but a little lewd is okayay) Also Keep in mind, my skill level is limited, i can draw: Fanart, OCs, DnD Character, Game character and Photograph References, i cannot draw: Mecha, NSFW
3. There's a price list, but depending on the peculiarity and complexty of your project I could create a customised offer just for you, so prices may vary.
4. Give as much detail as necessary for your piece. References are always heavily appreciated.
5. Deadlines: Depending on my workload, the turnaround time should take no longer than 2 weeks. I will provide an estimate time for completion, and/or indicate if there is a delay in completing your commission. You may request a WIP at any time.
Section 2 - Usage
1. Do not claim or distribute my artwork(s). Unless you paid for a FULL copyright transfer, you are free to edit however you like without needing my approval.
2. Please save the artwork. I will not be held responsible for lost or replaced artwork in my gallery
3. Feeding the commission result to AI generator image is prohibited.Section 3 - Payment
1. No refunds, You may receive a full refund only if I have not started your commission. If I have started your commission, I will issue a partial refund based on how much work is done. If I cannot finish your commission for whatever reason, you will be refunded in full. No refunds will be issued once artwork has been completed.
2. Currently only accepting transactions through PayPal in USD, I will send an invoice via PayPal, due in 7 days And Client have the option to pay full upfront or a downpayment 50% of the price after the sketch is approved, the rest must be paid before the final work is sent. if that is something a commissioner may prefer
3. Rush order must be stated before the invoice is sent. but it will be added charges +40% of the base price of the piece. this will put you as a top priority.
4. Final price will always be discussed.Section 4 - Artwork Process
1. I'll walk you through the whole creation process: I'll show you the initial sketch, an intermediate version of the painting, until I eventually deliver the final product
2. Complex changements you desire must be communicated at the early stages of the work, or they're gonna be charged more (15% to 20% of the base price of the piece)
3. All personal use artwork is done in A4, 300 dpi, and saved in JPG. As for commercial use, you will receive A3 (or upon request), 300 dpi in the form of JPG and PNG
4. I do not work on weekends. You may email or contact me then, but know that I will likely respond on Monday when the week begins.
